After reading some GC minutes, I think it is less than 100 that vote for the majority. At times, only a quorum or a few over that amount remains. But when a vote is taken, at worst 65, then a little over half of that is needed for approval for multi-million dollar projects. Its arrogant because the U.S. Courts declared they have failed to do the basic trust duty of serving and protecting Native's and their lands. Don't let that stop you, go hike, camp and have fun. Tell them to keep off our land. Give the Tribal Council advance notice and they should be the ones to take up the fight.
